Terms & Conditions

These Travel Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all travel advisory services, bookings, and related services provided by TravelByConintrade LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or booking travel through us, you ("Client" or "Traveler") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Independent Travel Advisory Status
TravelByConintrade LLC is an independently owned travel advisory firm. We are not an airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or other travel supplier.
We act solely as an intermediary between you and independent third-party travel suppliers.
2. Host Agency Disclosure
TravelByConintrade LLC may conduct certain bookings under the accreditation, credentials, or supplier agreements of a host agency, including but not limited to InteleTravel.
TravelByConintrade LLC is independently owned and operated and is not a subsidiary, employee, or agent of any airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or host agency. Nothing in this relationship creates a joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship with any supplier.
3. Supplier Responsibility
All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
We are not responsible for:
- Airline schedule changes or cancellations
- Supplier overbooking
- Insolvency or bankruptcy
- Service errors or omissions
- Personal injury, illness, or property damage
- Political unrest, public health events, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.
4. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all travelers possess:
- Valid passports
- Required visas
- Health documentation
- Entry and transit permissions
We may provide general advisory guidance; however, we do not guarantee visa approvals or entry clearance.
5. Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks including delays, regulatory changes, airline disruptions, health risks, and destination instability. By booking travel, you voluntarily assume these risks.
6. Payments & Professional Fees
- Deposits and payments are due according to supplier requirements and invoice terms.
- Professional service fees compensate us for advisory, itinerary design, risk mitigation, negotiation, and travel management services.
- Service fees are non-refundable once services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to decline services for unpaid balances.
7. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier policies and may result in penalties.
- Refunds, when available, are governed strictly by supplier rules and timelines.
- We are not responsible for supplier refund delays.
8. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
If you decline travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for:
- Trip cancellations
- Interruptions
- Medical emergencies
- Supplier default
- Travel disruptions
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to professional service fees paid directly to TravelByConintrade LLC.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- The Member and affiliates of TravelByConintrade LLC shall not be personally liable for Company obligations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravelByConintrade LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Inaccurate traveler information
- Failure to comply with travel regulations
- Chargebacks on properly authorized transactions
- Traveler misconduct
- Failure to obtain required documentation
11. Data & Confidentiality
Personal information provided for booking purposes may be shared with travel suppliers and host agency systems as required for fulfillment.
All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to services provided by TravelByConintrade LLC, including the interpretation, breach, or termination of these Terms, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Maryland in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed arbitration provider.
The parties agree:
- Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator.
- Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
- The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and TravelByConintrade LLC waive the right to:
- Trial by jury
- Participate in class actions or class arbitration
- Consolidate claims with other parties
All claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative proceeding.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, TravelByConintrade LLC may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or enforce payment obligations.
This arbitration provision survives termination of services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
